More Streamlining - Color Coding My Client Files

Greetings!

If you are coming over from "The Virtual Advantage" -- welcome! Please leave your comments and notes.

You wouldn't believe how efficient this dual montor system is making my day! Eudora open on one screen - that's my in basket and my work on the large screen. You can see the post about my display upgrade by scrolling down the page.

So now, my task this week has been to color code all of my client files. Wandering through Office Depot I spotted some great pendaflex folders with bright colors and file folders to match. So, now each client has his/her own color and I can spot the files quickly in the drawer or on my desk. Everything is coordinated. Now I need to learn who belongs to what color and not get them mixed up.

Stay tuned for my three latest discoveries -

Syndicating this blog in RSS - you can see it on my web site at www.yourvirtualresource.com

A great new online course tool.

And creating RSS - some say it's "real simple syndication." I've been laboring over this for the past three months and finaly gave up. You know how you stumble on to something while looking for something else. That's how I finally made it work.

Have a great day in VALand!
