There are so many people becoming VAs, that competition for good clients is getting tougher and tougher and it's difficult to "Brand" yourself over the phone when you can't show your potential client your smiling face! But you can certainly brand yourself with your pleasant voice, good attitude and preparation.
There is always going to be a question from your potential client something like:
"Tell me about yourself"
"Why should I work with you rather than the next VA I'm about to interview?"
"What makes you unique?"
It will be up to you to quickly and easily come up with not just one... but three, four, five or more unique advantages and benefits that you could pull out like secret weapons in your next conversation with your potential client.
You would want each statement to completely WOW even the toughest customer, making it obvious that they have to work with you - otherwise they'll be doing a huge disservice to their company.
Together, the unique benefits and the way you articulate them launches you so far ahead of the other candidates that working with you turns into a "no brainer" for the client.
